CrumpACE for Case Entry is Now in Production
As we continue building and enhancing our Digital Platforms, we are happy to announce that our Document Management Teammates (DMT) can now enter guaranteed issue and simplified issue cases using our new web-based CrumpACE application. Work is underway to add case entry for all lines of business using the new interface. Currently, only the DMT team has access to the new system.

All case processing after case creation will remain the same at this time.

Congratulations to all the teammates who have been working hard to make this a reality.
