Tips for first-time WebEx users - Registering for a call
- You can easily register for any event by clicking on the designated link included in the email.
- Enter the requested information when prompted.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the link you'll use to log-in to the WebEx.
- When you receive your confirmation, it will include a calendar invite. To add this to your Outlook calendar, please click on it and select "open" and "run".
- Click here to try a test meeting to make sure that your computer is set up to run the webinar.
Tips for first-time WebEx users - Joining a call
- Please log-in several minutes prior to the start of the conference.
- When you log-in to the WebEx, your phone dial-in information will appear. You also have the option of listening to the webinar through your computer speakers when the call starts.
